Dan R. McGinnis

CEO
Dan is the CEO of D. McGinnis Industries with responsibilities for planning, research and development as well as standard operating procedures. He also serves as the General Manager where he oversees, sales, service, installation administration. Prior to opening McGinnis Heating & Cooling in 1980 he served in the U.S. Navy. He completed HVAC Course and acquired HVAC certification. Throughout time Dan has acquired several licenses and certifications as listed below:

Dawn Nicholson

President
Dawn has been working in her family's McGinnis Heating & Cooling business since she was sixteen. She started out as a parts runner then receptionist. Through years of hard work and diligence, Dawn has worked her way up to the role of President. Dawn's daily operations include overseeing administration, staffing, and payroll. Dawn also ensures our customer's complete satisfaction.
